Delivery times can vary based on availability, and all promises regarding delivery times are dependent on circumstances outside of our control, such as postal delays or force majeure events. Our Agreement and the Establishment of the Agreement

Please be aware that this doesn't imply that your order has been accepted. Your order is an offer to us to purchase a product or service. All orders are subject to Uardo's acceptance, and we will verify this acceptance by sending you an email confirming that the products have been dispatched (the "Dispatch Confirmation"). The agreement between us (the "Agreement") only comes into effect when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation. The Agreement pertains solely to the products that we've confirmed have been dispatched.
Products And Services For Individual Use
The products and services provided on the Uardo website, including any samples we may provide, are intended for personal and/or professional use only. You are not permitted to sell or resell any products, services, or samples that you purchase or receive from Uardo. We retain the right to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders or the provision of products or services, with or without notice. This is solely at our discretion and may occur if we perceive a potential violation of our Terms of Use.
Pricing And Website Accuracy
While we strive to ensure all details, descriptions, and prices on the Uardo website are accurate, there may occasionally be typographical errors or inaccuracies. Consequently, the information on the website may not always be up-to-date or fully accurate. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to modify or update information at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to cancel or fulfill any orders that you place based on erroneous or inaccurate information on the website, including incorrect information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible, process a refund, and you may decide if you wish to place a new order at the correct price. When ordering products or services through Uardo, please note:
- Orders will only be accepted if there are no significant errors in the description or prices of the goods or services advertised on Uardo;
- All prices are displayed in your local currency and include local taxes, unless stated otherwise;
- Product packaging may differ from that shown on Uardo;
- The weights, dimensions, and capacities indicated on Uardo are approximate;
- Although we aim to accurately display the colours of our products on Uardo, actual colours may vary depending on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will accurately reflect the product's actual colour upon delivery;
- All items are subject to availability. If the product(s) or service(s) you ordered are unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and may propose alternative product(s) or service(s) of equal or superior quality and value.
The prices on Uardo include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. Prices can change at any time, but these changes will not impact orders for which we have already sent an Order Confirmation. A list of countries where tax is NOT added is available on our FAQ page.
Payment can be made via Afterpay, ClearPay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Uardo store credit. All transactions are secure, and all payments are subject to card issuer authorization. Card payments are verified and authorized by your card issuer. If your card issuer fails to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery, may not be able to form a contract with you, or may be unable to proceed with your order. Uardo must receive full payment at the time the order is processed and before product dispatch. A Dispatch Confirmation email will then be sent to you.
Payment Methods
The Uardo website currently supports transactions in USD, GBP, AED, AUD, CAD, and EUR. If your local currency is not accommodated in your order, the default currency, USD, will be applied. Your issuing bank will then handle the currency conversion. Payment on Uardo can be made via credit or debit card, Afterpay/ClearPay (exclusive to US, Australian, Canadian & UK customers), or through PayPal if it's available in your region. Accepted card payment options include Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Discover, Alipay, and American Express (exclusive to USD transactions). Payment can also be processed through Gift Certificates, although please note that these are currently only issued for marketing purposes and are not available for purchase.
Upon receipt of your order, we perform a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure sufficient funds for the transaction. The dispatch of goods will only commence once this pre-authorisation check has been completed, and your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
It is crucial that the personal information you provide during the order and registration process as a Uardo customer is accurate, current, complete, and truthful. Should there be any changes in your information, please update your online account details accordingly or contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
Mobile Services Usage
Access to the Uardo sites via your mobile phone (for instance, through an iPhone application) is currently free of charge. You may also receive voice calls or text messages from us concerning certain products or services. It's crucial to understand that if you access the Uardo sites via your mobile phone, or provide a mobile phone number for voice or text message contact, your mobile carrier's standard rates and fees, such as data charges or text messaging fees, will still apply. Content Modification
Any content that you submit is not confidential and may be used at Uardo's discretion. Uardo may, but is not obligated to, pre-screen content. Furthermore, Uardo and its designees reserve the right (though not the obligation) to pre-screen, amend, condense or remove any content on the sites at their sole discretion. Specifically, Uardo and its designees can remove any content that, in their view, violates our guidelines or any other provision of these Terms of Use. Uardo does not guarantee that you will have any recourse to edit or delete any content you have submitted. Uardo reserves the right to integrate any content you submit into any account you may have, present or future, as a registered user of the sites. Ratings, reviews, questions & answers, and gallery photos are generally posted within two to four business days. However, Uardo retains the right to refuse to post or to remove any submission violating any relevant terms or guidelines. You acknowledge that you, not Uardo, bear responsibility for the content of any submissions. None of the content you submit will be subject to any confidentiality obligation on the part of Uardo, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third-party service providers and their respective directors, officers, and employees.

Uardo will not bear any responsibility for any kind of damages arising out of or in relation to the use of the Sites. This encompasses a comprehensive limitation of liability applying to all damages of any sort, inclusive but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property, and claims brought by third parties. This provision does not apply to residents of jurisdictions where such limitations are prohibited by law.
Indemnification
You agree to protect, indemnify, and hold Uardo (including its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees, and third-party service providers) harmless from all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, obligations, and damages, including reasonable attorney's fees, that arise out of: (a) your misuse of the Sites; (b) your breach of any terms of these Terms of Use; (c) a violation of your above stated representations and warranties regarding Content; (d) your infringement of any law or third-party rights (including, but not limited to, any copyright, property, or privacy rights); or (e) any assertion that the Content you submitted has caused harm to a third party. This indemnification obligation will remain in effect after the termination of these Terms of Use and your misuse of the Sites.>
Fraud Protection Program
As part of our commitment to safeguarding the integrity of our operations, Uardo meticulously screens all received orders for signs of fraudulent activities or any other form of unauthorized or illegal undertakings. We hold the right to refuse the processing of an order if we suspect fraud or any unauthorized or illegal activities, or if the order contravenes Uardo's stated policies.
In such situations, we may either reject your order outright or our Customer Service department may reach out to you via the phone number or email address you provided to verify the details of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse deliveries to particular addresses if they are suspected of being associated with fraudulent or illegal activities.
These measures are put in place to protect both our customers and Uardo from fraud and other unauthorized or illegal actions.
Dispute Resolution
Should there be any disputes between you and Uardo, our aim is to resolve them in an efficient and cost-effective manner through our dedicated customer service team. The majority of customer service disputes can be satisfactorily resolved by reaching out to our customer service team, which can be contacted at (562) 328-2070 or by sending an email to support@uardo.com.
In the unlikely event that your dispute cannot be resolved by our customer service team, the subsequent steps for dispute resolution are outlined in these Terms.
YOU AND UARDO AGREE, AS PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAWS, THAT ANY LEGAL ACTION ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OUR WEBSITE MUST BEGIN WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION OCCURS. FAILURE TO INITIATE LEGAL ACTION WITHIN THIS PERIOD WILL RESULT IN THE ACTION BEING PERMANENTLY BARRED. The preceding sentence does not apply to residents of regions where such provisions are not valid.
Agreement to Arbitrate Disputes
Please review this section attentively as it holds significant implications on your legal rights, including your right to go to court and to have a jury hear your claims. It encompasses MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER.
IF YOU ARE A U.S. RESIDENT, YOU ALSO AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY ARBITRATION TERMS:
AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE: Both you and Uardo agree to settle any claims arising out of these Terms through final and binding arbitration. This is with the exception of any violation or threat of violation of Uardo’s intellectual property rights, where Uardo may bring forth a lawsuit solely for injunctive relief to prevent unauthorized use of the website or intellectual property infringement without prior engagement in arbitration or the informal dispute-resolution process mentioned above.
UNDERSTANDING ARBITRATION: Arbitration is less formal than a lawsuit in court and seeks to resolve disputes more quickly. Instead of a judge or jury, a neutral arbitrator, who has the power to award the same damages and relief as a court, will decide the case. If any term of this arbitration agreement is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remaining arbitration terms will be enforced.
ARBITRATOR'S AUTHORITY: The arbitrator will decide your and Uardo’s rights and liabilities, if any. The dispute will not be consolidated with any other matters or joined with any other cases or parties. The arbitrator has the authority to grant motions dispositive of all or part of any claim and to award monetary damages and grant any non-monetary remedy or relief available under the law, Arbitration Rules, and Terms.
NO CLASS ACTIONS: You can only resolve disputes with us individually. You may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Class arbitrations, class actions, private attorney general actions, and consolidation with other arbitrations are not allowed.
WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL: YOU AND UARDO HEREBY WAIVE ANY CONSTITUTIONAL AND STATUTORY RIGHTS TO GO TO COURT AND HAVE A TRIAL IN FRONT OF A JUDGE OR A JURY. All claims and disputes will be resolved by arbitration. Arbitration procedures are typically more limited, more efficient, and less costly than rules applicable in court and are subject to very limited review by a court.
In the event that litigation arises between you and Uardo in any state or federal court to vacate or enforce an arbitration award or otherwise, YOU AND UARDO WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO A JURY TRIAL, choosing instead that the dispute be resolved by a judge.
OPTING OUT OF ARBITRATION AGREEMENT: You can decline this agreement to arbitrate by emailing Uardo at [OptOutEmail@uardo.com] and providing the requested information as follows: (1) Your Name; (2) the URL of Terms of Use and Arbitration Agreement; (3) Your Address; (4) Your Phone Number; (5) and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of this arbitration provision in the Terms of Use. The Opt-Out Notice must be emailed within 30 days after the date you first accept the Terms of Use by using the website.
