At Uardo, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to ensuring your happiness with every purchase of our skincare products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we welcome you to return it under the following guidelines:

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@uardo.com within 30 days of your purchase. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Purchases from Uardo.com: Only items purchased directly from Uardo.com can be returned to us.
  • Third-Party Purchases: Items purchased from authorized retailers must be returned to the original point of purchase.
  • Condition of Products: Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Your order will not be eligible for return if more than 50% of the product has been used.
  • Return Authorization: You must obtain a return authorization (RA) number from our customer service before returning any items.
  • Proof of Purchase: A proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Timeframe for Returns

  • 30-Day Returns: Products returned within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund to your original method of payment.
  • 31-60 Day Returns: Products returned between 31-60 days are eligible for an online credit if returned by mail or store credit if returned in-store.

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Expired Products: Expired products are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Gift with Purchase: Items received as part of a promotional offer or as a gift with purchase are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Processing Returns

  • Refunds: Once we process your authorized return, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
  • Processing Time: Returns may take up to 10 business days to process once received at our facility.
  • Incomplete Returns: The return/refund process may be delayed if the authorized return is not properly addressed or is missing the RA number.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or leaking, please contact us immediately at support@uardo.com. We may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion after inspection.

Gift Returns

  • If you wish to return a Uardo product received as a gift, please contact support@uardo.com. You may be eligible for store credit.

Special Return Period

  • Holiday Purchases: Orders placed between November 16, 2023, and December 24, 2023, are eligible for returns until January 24, 2024, excluding final sale items.

Additional Information

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Unauthorized Retailers: Purchases made through unauthorized retailers do not qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • Return Limitations: We reserve the right to limit the number of returns and exchanges per customer to ensure the best shopping experience for all.
