Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $49. Estimated 5–7 business days (up to 14 for HI, AK, PR).
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (fee applies).
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day for orders before 1 PM ET (Mon–Thurs).

Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number to check your order status in real time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost: Contact support@uardo.com ASAP so we can assist.
- Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by customers.
- Damaged Items: Email us with a photo and your order number, and we’ll make it right.
Shipping Restrictions & Refusals
A $15 fee applies for packages refused upon delivery. It will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
