Shipping Information

At Uardo, our aim is to ensure that your skincare products arrive at your doorstep on time and in perfect condition. Our commitment to service is reflected in our detailed shipping policies.

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery Times:

  1. Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping is free for orders over $49. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after dispatch. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto & U.S Territories may take up to 14 days.

  2. Express Shipping: For an additional fee, you can choose our Express Shipping option at checkout. The estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days after dispatch.

  3. Overnight Shipping: For urgent orders, we offer Overnight Shipping. The estimated delivery time is 1 business day after dispatch. This option is only available for orders placed before 1 pm (ET) from Monday to Thursday.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary due to factors outside of our control such as inclement weather, holidays, and carrier delays.

International Shipping:

At this time, we are only able to ship within the United States. We are looking forward to expanding our shipping range soon.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to check the status of your order.

Lost Packages:

If your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible at support@uardo.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Please understand that we are not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error.

Damaged Products:

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately at support@uardo.com with a photo of the damaged goods. We strive for complete customer satisfaction and will work with you to replace the damaged goods.

Shipping Restrictions:

Non-Delivery and Refusal of Packages:

We charge a $15 Non-Delivery Fee for packages that are refused upon delivery. This amount will be deducted from your chosen payment method during checkout, and any applicable refund or store credit will be adjusted accordingly.

U.S. Federal Holidays:

Please note that due to observance of U.S. federal holidays, there may be potential delays in order processing and delivery on the following days: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
